TV for casual gaming and media consumption

First of all excuse my bad english (Im german)

There's Need for a TV upgrade thats not bigger than 50". I cant really decide because of many different factors. Besides overall Picture I want relatively low Input lag (i know all 4k TVs have high Input lag) for casual racing games (on PC) with friends. I also know that more than 60 hertz is pleasant for every gamer but in 4k range anyways HDMI could only transmit 1440p at 120 hz (or am i wrong ?)

The Problem I have encountered is that most online Shops have no Information listed about Input lags or capable refresh rates for example 1440p @ 120hz.

 

The only Site I've found, that provides these informations is rtings.com and most of the tested TVs are not available in Germany.
