Previewing in Premiere

I'm trying to compile some clips in premiere but I can't tell if the frame rate is really bad or just that premiere isn't showing all the frames.

Is there anyway to see all the frames, even if it's way slower?

There isn't a force all frame option but you can enable the "show dropped frames" indicator. It will tell you if frames were dropped during playback and when you hove over it, it will show the number of frames dropped.

I just opened the files in the windows movie player and saw that it was all just 2spf(seconds per frame) lol
