Cannot disable password on my Honor 7 Lite

Hi, I wanted to remove the password lock on my phone, however, when I go to set it to None it's greyed out, as shown on this picture:

Steps I tried to re-enable the standard lock:

1. Wiped the credentials in Security;

2. Disabled all the device administrators;

3. Restarted the device.

I had no luck.

 

Could anyone help me with this?

My phone is an Honor 7 Lite on EMUI 4.1.2 (Android 6.0)

Athlon X2 for only 27.31$   Best part lists at different price points   Windows 1.01 running natively on an Eee PC
