overclock phenom ii x6 1035t at 3.2ghz but ram speeds lowered to 501mhz

My ram speeds are lowered to 501mhz. How to i keep my 3.2 overclock and upper my ram speeds to at least 1333?

 

Specs

Cpu: Amd phenom ii x6 1035t

Motherboard: M4A89TD PRO/USB3

Ram: two sticks in duel channel 1600mhz

gpu: r7 360

Power supply: Mwe Bronze 450W

try reset CMOS, sometimes settings get stuck for no reason.

it jumped to 668mhz now. Couldn't find the cmos jumper so i just took out the battery.

both ways are fine. Now you can try increasing dram frequency with the add key

I did lol. That's the result. Hold up, let me increase the Dram frequency from 1333 to the max number and see if that makes a difference.

Increased the ram speed to 2000mhz now I have no display. I think i need to increase the voltage but i don't know what numbers to put in.

but is it actually running 2000?

 

and that's normal to not work. Drop that a bit back. OC voltage for DDR3 is 1.65-1.7V so you can try them if you're looking to overclock the memory anyway

No, I had to reset the CMOS again to get a display. where do i put those numbers though?

DRAM voltage, should be somewhere near core voltage setting

OK I'll try that. But you see how it's set to 1333 in the bios but in windows the ram is at 668. Does the pcie frequency do anything too because its set to 100.

CPU-Z reads the actual frequency of the memory (I/O bus clock) while the speed we typically talk about is the data rate, which is twice the I/O bus clock. You're already getting 1336

I applied 1.65V but the Dram frequency is still on 668
