Why is my computer so low?

I feel as though my PC should be way higher on this benchmark than it is.

Specs are fairly average really, that's why. Those scores will be compared against much more powerful hardware, causing the lower score.

Alright ty, and yeah I bearly use my pc anymore so I’m doing this on my phone haha :)

Well, for starters you've got some massively mix-matched memory there. All your memory is stuck at 2133 which is very slow for Ryzen. Secondly the 2200G is only a Quad Core CPU with meh clocks. Seems pretty normal to me. 

 

This systems budget was not spent very well.

The keyboard and headset, individually, cost twice as much as the CPU. You probably can't return the CPU, but If it's not too late to return those peripherals, I'd recommend spending some that money on at least a Ryzen 5 2600 (~$150 USD), getting rid of the HyperX modules and staying with just the 16 GB of memory so you can run it at 3600.
