Is this monitor worth it

This is the HP VH240A 1080p 24" 5ms IPS monitor for 110 bucks. Obviously its not a "gaming" monitor but is there a better option for the price or for slightly more? I have a GTX 1060 and a Ryzen 5 1600 so is there a point in investing in 1440p 120Hz displays? The games I play are usually something like The Division 2 (casually), Civ games, Hitman etc... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
