Lost Google Authenticator

Go to solution Solved by Right Side Gone,

If you are lucky enough to have enabled usb debugging before it cracked you can use an app called vysor to get your codes. Other than that you will need to contact uplay. I had to contact epic once upon a time for the same reason .it took ALOT of identification methods and purchase verification. If you have all that though you should be in the green although company policies vary. Other than that, it might be possible to use the charge port as a mini hdmi connection via an adapter. Ive never done it before but it is possible.

Hey LTT!

Okay, so here's the story. I have my UPlay account set up with 2FA using Google Authenticator on my old phone. (Galaxy J3 Prime) I accidentally sat on the phone, bending and completely breaking the screen, so you can't see anything on it and the touch is completely broken. This means that I can't access my Google Authenticator codes. I have a new phone, but UPlay is asking for the codes and I can't get at them, and I lost the backup "recovery" codes that they tell you not to lose. What do I do? Is there a way to extract them from the J3 Prime? The phone is still completely functional except for the screen. It still turns on.

Thanks.

You'll either need to figure out a way to connect a different touch enabled screen to the phone and use that, or get the screen on the phone replaced.
