corsair mouse not working

BoggerBoss
Go to solution Solved by Corsair Nick,

The mouse might have gone into bootloader mode.  Try the following and see if it bring the mouse back:

  • Turn off the mouse
  • Hold LMB + RMB
  • Turn on the mouse
  • Release LMB + RMB after 5 sec

so I've had the Harpoon RGB Wireless Gaming Mouse for about 4 months now. and all of a sudden it's just stopped working. I've sent a support ticket to them a few days ago but no response as of yet.  in the icue app, it shows up but with an exclamation mark but doesn't show me any information, it doesn't show up in Bluetooth mode nor does it work when plugged in. I have tried updating all the software and still nothing. please help.

I've had issues with my mouse and keyboard before, and both were corsair. What I'd do is uninstall iCUE, then try the mouse without it. (I've had issues with iCUE before)  If that doesn't work, then try changing the USB port it's in. Try changing from USB2 to USB3 and vice versa, and try every single port you have. If none of that works then I'd suggest contacting corsair and they'll give you a new one.

Oh, it's wireless. Nevermind. Although do uninstall iCUE.
