Is SSD Cloning Software a 1x Use?

I recently purchased an SSD for a family member for basic web browsing and Microsoft Office usage and I was wondering if the Acronis True Image HD 2013 software that comes w/the ADATA SU800 256gb (online download after SN registration) is a 1x use or it can be used multiple times as long as the code through the ADATA website is entered?
