My suggestion for pretty much the same price (if you forget about RGB, because RGB tax is apparently quite real)

Cheaper AIO cooler, the Kraken is one of the best in the market

Gigabyte Aorus Pro, again slightly better value

3000Mhz RAM for only $72

NVMe drive isn't gonna help with gaming, get a bigger SSD, also added a 2TB HDD for extra storage

Vega 64 will eat the GTX1660 Ti alive

Meshify C has one of the best airflows to help keep everything nice and cool

PSU is personal preference, I think the Toughpower is decent but I like the Corsair RMx more

expensive cooler, ssd, case and you're only getting a 1660ti and 9600k? spend that on a 2070 and i7 instead.

okay my main man, i'll level with you. The thermaltake water 3.0 system seems like a great option given the price, but I have to strongly argue against it at this point.

 

I purchased a thermaltake 3.0 for my first truly enthusiast build and fought with it for 3 years before finally switching to an actually reputable brand lmao. It will do its job just fine for a couple years no doubt, but in my own experience the pump on it fails after only a handful of years in relative good upkeep. The pump that is built in is absolutely of lower quality and i would verify is only good for maybe 18k hours workload, (which translates to 2 years 24/7 operation.)  I would highly suggest going for a noctua solution or be quiet solution for roughly the same price, as i have no doubt, having dealt with their other products, (coolers and powersuplies) that the product will continue to operate with optimal efficiency even after a few years of operation. Especially at that same price or even for cheaper you could get an h115i pro, which will deliver the same performance at a far better quality and life-long performance with routine maintenance.

 

Thermaltake makes great bargain and bottom of the bucket products, but trusting them to make anything over an 80$ component is beyond me. Simply do not do it, and save yourself the trouble and heart ache further down the road.

Budget around below 2k SGD

For me I like Design over Spec(but able work for my gaming)

and my motherboard need to have wifi. cannot connect LAN to my room

I would personally ditch RGB. 

You pay a lot for no actual performance gains. For my first build I didn't give a rats arse what it looked like as long as it gave good price to performance. 

Unless you want the PC to be a "look at me" feature of the space then...

 

I would also personally go with an air cooler like the dark rock pro 4 

Its going to be far more reliable in the long run, as it won't have a pump failure which will render the whole thing useless 

 

With the money saved, I would go for an i7 and 3000mhz ram, 16 gigs will be more than enough for gaming. 

A 2070 or Vega 64 would also go well with these

yeah i can just change it to 2600X (663 or something) or with NH-D14 with BX500 (the price difference with 1TB is not worth it in my opinion only like 24). The motherboard is the only thing that is high end except the Ultra (less like 40 or something) and some ROG overpriced mobo. I mean there is a lot that can be change and its not really my country (im already sick and tired of trying to remember everything) so i decided to let it be like that.

Really you're allocating way too much toward storage. Everything else is fine.

storage is really like only 14 do i really want MX500 over Adata SX8200PRO? well for like SX8200PRO 250gb with 2tb HDD the price will cut like half. you can still tinker with everything else honestly

Well right, but in a budget build a 1TB SSD is never the right idea. It's expensive as balls, and offers little/no benefit to gaming performance.

A 120-240GB boot drive SSD and a large HDD is so much more cost effective. (like SIGNIFICANTLY in this case.)

well honestly i want an SSD with DRAM not some DRAMless SSD (if its only going to boot windows and favorite games). Yeah its more cost effecient but, nvm.

 

you know what for the sake of the budget get the BX500.
