I was planing on shipping a PC full of bubble wrap so nothing gets damaged then realised it will probably fry everything what should I do?

Remove the GPU, and you won't need to stuff it with anything.

i know but there will be a lot of static build up, dont want anything going wrong cost me $1300

tell them to plug it into an earthed power socket first.  How do dell, acer, HP etc send their desktops?

Dell, HP all have custom cases where the GPU is securely screwed to the chassis
