This is not a port, it is based of an exploit of the original switch model (not the revision) that takes advantage of vulnerability discovered in the right Joycon, from their they can install homebrew, then Linux and then run an emulator.

I doubt is as the Switch is actually about 25% faster than an Xbox 360 when docked and about 60% as fast as the 360 when on the go (FLOPS wise) though the Switch in games is effectively even faster than that due to the much more efficient  modern design of the much newer Tegra X.

Well brilliant, although there are a notable amount of fairly tech savy people I know who really thought that the Switch was THAT slow. I have had some rather aggressive arguments on that matter...

Although if you bumped the graphics down to 480i and crushed the textures and audio , I'm willing to bet the original xbox could still run all the background code just fine and the only limiting factor is the gpu. 

Even if the switch has a faster cpu , it's not really running the cpu flat out all the time. So i bet an xbox cpu maxed out could equal a switch cpu that was doing very little background fluff during a game.

Although i just remembered the ram problem the original xbox would have so nvm lol

It is, the only 2 games that "work" on the switch happen to be the only 2 that "work" on PC, and I say "work" because they boot to the menu, you can get in game and everything is a buggy mess.

 

OG Xbox emulation is still years away which is ironic considering the OG Xbox was literally a PC in a console box.

1) Xbox 360 emulation is still a mess on PC, Xenia can "play up to 90 games" (taken from its own website) however out of those only about 10 are completable and the emulator is using all manner of hackyness to achieve that.

 

2) RPCS3 can play over 100 titles, and out of those about 90 of them are indie titles from the PS Store.

 

3) What does the state of 2 entirely unrelated emulators have to do with OG Xbox emulation?
