Is there any application which will allow me to create an exe application using a GUI interface suitable for beginners who have no understanding of programming ? I have tried googling but have not found anything.

Try searching how to compile a program.

I'm gonna go find my own tech support...

with BLACKJACK and HOOKERS!

You're going to have to program logic, no matter how easy it will be to create a GUI with this or that tool. Time to learn programming.

@DevBlox I A am not trying to create a GUI, I am looking for a tool that has a GUI interface for me to create the exe

Am I understanding you correctly? You want to create a program without writing any code yourself, so you're looking for software that allows you to create programs by drag-dropping things or clicking buttons?
