is msi edge okay?

it's okay, but there's better for the price

it's enough

but again, something like a aorus elite (which is in tier a) would probably be around the same price

it would

by a small margin for you, as they're mostly extreme overclocker oriented

and what about the memory?

as the cpu only supports 2 channels of ram at 2666 mhz?

it supports higher with xmp

and 2 channels means 4 sticks

ohh,

are 4*4gb ram enough?

i'd rather do 2x8, as it runs in dual channel in both cases

and you leave room for later upgrades

depends a bit on what the motherboard can hold, but it can go into the 4000's if you want to

i'd recommend somewhere around 3000 tho

then my recommendation is around the same

something with 3000+ mhz memory is sufficient

if you want the best and are ready to pay for a little more performance, get something with cl14. as that is samsung b die

but again, it doesn't come cheap and is generally not worth it

so 3200/3600/3800 which one? Would 3800 make a difference?

or should I just buy adata spectrix d 80? It goes up to 5000 mhz via overclocking.

i wouldn't go higher than 3200 mhz, the return in performance after is minimal to nothing
