USB shutdown power on chinese mini PC

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to turn off USB power after this mini PC is powered off (My external hard disk is still powered since the LED is on) I'm trying to digging out the bios but I've not found anything useful yet.

The mini PC is an ACEPC AK3V with an Intel Apollo Lake Celeron J3455, it looks it has a default development AMI BIOS with a lot of options unlocked... So maybe someone can help me out here.
