Razer vs Corsair for mouse

It depends on your hand size. If it's big enough then those two mouse will be perfect for you.

Razer mice is their best line of product. And don't buy certain product because someone say it's bad/good. Because frankly the deathadder is the most popular gaming mouse on the planet and there are people who had great experience with it and also bad experience with it just like any other product even from logitech.

Also razer switches is manufactured in house now so don't worry about the QC. And just FYI I heard logitech mice are using Chinese omron switch rather than Japanese because well their switch aren't manufactured inhouse. Pretty sure corsair didn't make their own switches.

About the fps, it's very subjective but there are reasons why most pro fps player prefer light simple mouse because it's easier to aim with it and it has all the features that they need which is not much BTW. You generally don't want a giant brick mouse like the G502 with tons of button.. I view G502 as a good all around mice that can do gaming as well as productivity but not serious fps gaming.

Zowie make a great fps focused mice their EC series is popular among fps player.

Deathadder is a great mouse, the other is G403, 703, 102/203,305,rival 110,rival 310, roccat kone emp/pure owl,and many more just checkout my guide below or rocketjumpninja.

Hello, I found two mice to buy but can't decide which one. The first is the Razer Deathadder Elite and the second is the Corsair Ironclaw RGB(wired edition). I read different reviews and both are great mice. Games I play are GTAV, CS:GO, Assasins Creed(Origins, Unity), Watch dogs, For Honor, Destiny 2, Hitman. The only game that mouse size, weight and responsiveness are important is for CS, now I have a Microsoft basic mouse 200 and its a very light weight mouse but this is the only good with this mouse. I don't care if my new mouse is heavier, if I can play CS comfortably then why not. I would like to hear if anyone has a mouse in the same weight and size like these two and can tell me if its comfortable or not for FPS, I don't think the other games I mentioned care about size and weight.

Every answer is appreciated, thank you for your time.

I bought Razer so you don't have to, their faure rates are higher and their customer support has not had a good track record. My vote goes to Corsair (or Logitech, mouse king)

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k (won) - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Kill Trident Z RGB - Force MP500 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - The venerated Hyper 212 Evo (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G2 650W - Black and green theme, Razer branwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Linux Proliant ML150 G6:

Dual Xeon X5560 - 24GB ECC DDR3 - GTX 750 TI - old Seagate 1.5TB HDD - Dark moded Ubuntu (and Win7, cuz why not)

EVGA G3 thread, BR/BT threadSeasonic Focus thread, S12II/M12II thread, Userbenchmark (Et al.) is trash explained, PSU misconceptions

id vote for the Logitech G series.

the G502 should be quite similar in shape while sporting a very good sensor and wireless variants if you dont want to deal with the cable.

(wireless had no interfierance at an event surrounded by 500++ people using both wired and wireless equpment)

Between those two, Corsair gets my vote. Though I wouldn't count Logitech out of the game. Hell by the end of the year I plan on jumping from my trusty M65 Pro to a G Pro Wireless. No more annoying-ass braided wire is a plus (being wireless is just a double plus), and iCUE compared to GHUB is just... phewie Batman. Also plan on going from my Strafe non-RGB to the G Pro TKL to entirely remove iCUE, for what it's worth. iCUE is so much more bloated than GHUB from what I've seen that it's somewhat sad.

wait, but doesn't logitech rgb software get flagged by anticheats?

OP: I'd reccommend the M65 Pro Elite, the Ironclaw is good too!

Not that I've seen. It's been running on my system for a month and it's been fine (and IRL friend who has a mouse + keeb + headset for it has been fine for a few months as well).

If you're on the fence between the two, I would try visiting a local retailer that has both on display for you to try.  As far as weight, it is really based on your comfort level.  I use an M65 Elite with all the weights in it because I like the feel of a weighted mouse, and play a few different FPS (Apex, Overwatch, etc.) without any issues.  But everyone has their own preference.
