PowerPlay making my hand feel funny

Hear me out.

 

I am almost positive this issue is psychosomatic, but I had the PowerPlay 5 days. Whenever I used it, my hand and wrist felt funny. I googled this. Everywhere. No one else has the problem. I don't know what it was. I knew I was paranoid, so I decided to do a test. 

My friend came over, and would turn the powerplay station on/off, and then minimize. We also taped the LED so I couldn't see if it was charging. We did it a dozen times. I got it right when it was on 8 times. I feel like i'm insane, or i just created this problem in my own head, but i'm gonna ask. Did anyone, and I mean even minimally experience this?

 

If not, I will chalk it up to the fact that I am minimally insane.

Its definitely the powerplay, its even banned in some places like canada

Do you have any more information on the bans? I can't seem to confirm this anywhere.... Only info I can see is because the regulations surrounding the patents on the charging system haven't yet been approved for sale in Canada yet.
