Image issues with acer monitor

I did an oopsie and messed up some settings on the monitor. I set it back to default and now it works fine.

I don't know how to explain whats happening with the image so take a look at the video and focus on the bright blue mountain bike.

This happens whenever objects on screen travel across it fastly. I've tried a couple different HDMI cables and a different dongle.

Hardware specs:

-2017 13" MPB

-Apple HDMI dongle

-HDMI cable that came with the monitor
