100GB isn't a thing so you must mean 100Mb, and what is the model of router? I can't really get anything from "WE".

You've really giving us no information to go on so I'm just going to put a bunch of questions below:

Internet speed =/= page loading times.

1. Does this happen on all devices or just one?

2. How long ago did it start? Is it always on the same pages or intermittent between different pages at different times?

--It could be the server you're trying to access is under heavy load

--There could be an issue with your ISP and their DNS servers

3. Have you looked at changing your DNS settings?

--Try setting your DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

4. Have you tried flushing the dns cache and checking?

5. Have you rebooted the router? Modem? Computer?

6. What model of router? Who is your ISP?
