Audios goes quieter in few programs during call

Hey everyone, first post here!

I have this small issue which has been bugging me for quite a while. It only concerns programs like Skype during Screenshare and Parsec while having a connection (duh). Everytime I talk, the Gameaudio or basically any audio from the remote host goes quieter which gets annoying in the long run.

I have configured "Do nothing" in the Communications tab of the Sound Menu but nothing changed at all. I also looked into the programs themselves and couldn't find any setting that would've fixed my problem, maybe it's just me with my blind eyes.
I'd be grateful for any help at all.
