Budget Workstation Xeon Build Sub £300

Rehmat

Hi all. I am looking at building a budget xeon workstation that i intend to use  for the next couple of years for photoshop, da vinci resolve, and other tasks.

Here is the spec that i am looking at:

Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H

E3 1220v3

2x 4gb Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600mhz

Be Quiet  500w

GTX 1030  / R5 260x  / GTX 750

120mm Arctic Cooling fans pwm

Arctic Freezer 11LP (100w)

Just wondering if quadcore is still good for a workstation in 2019? Or if there is anything better for the £250-£300 mark.

Also what are your opinions on the above hardware.

Thanks

No GPU, but you can find something cheap like a HD 7850 on the used market for nothing

Like this one, still jses a modern architecture and has decent performance. Just at or below 1050 performance iirc.

Reminder:
With a good ASUS Board, possibly ASROCK, maybe Gigabyte, Ryzen CPU can support ECC.
