Apple Cinema Display

Does anyone else really like the Apple Cinema Displays? I know that they were stupid expensive at the time, but they look so good, and have great picture quality.

Is there anything that's similar on the market right now? Or does anyone know how hard it would be to put a new LCD into an old Cinema Display housing?

I have the 23in version of this, with a dvi to adc adapter. 

 

Its fine, but panels have gotten better, and its not a great monitor today, but its fine.

 

The case isn't great, its too low, and no real adjustments. And no vesa mount.

I still use my 27inch Led Cinema Display but it's become a bit temperamental and goes black sometimes and I have to cycle the power to make it work. Wish they would make a new display that doesn't cost 5k

what graphic card yall use?

 

i intend to buy this monitor for my pc. does modern gpu gtx 1660s is support to connect apple led cinema display?
