Choosing a graphics card

Hello everyone I'm new to building computer I'm currently have a 2700 ryzen 7 and I'm trying to find what graphics card pairs good with it so far been told like the 1070 will work well with it or the 2060 2070 RTX but I'm not for sure I'm just trying to get a feel for everything will be a great choice thank you.

depends on what you expect out of it. I have a 1700x and a 1080ti running 4k at 70hz. I'll be happy for years to come.

What resolution are you running, and are you in the US?

How about the Vega 64 Nitro+? It rivals the 2070 and its AMD gpu so it will give better results? (on amd base games)

If you really want go Vega 64 always go for nitro+, it's just one of the best models of Vega 64
