Allowing a PC to sleep but wake up if i try to play a plex movie?

My question is:

 

For power saving, is there a way to allow my plex server to go to sleep, but when i travel and try to watch a movie, have the server wake up and stream the movie?

Should be possible if you just set the NIC's power options to allow it to wake the PC and set it to not require a magic packet.

i dont think plex can wake a server up.i would enable other power saving features and spinning disk down when not in use.
