Palm rest for this keyboard?

Hi, I have recently bought a mechanical keyboard and I've seen these things at the bottom of it and I was wondering if there would be a compatible palm rest for it. The brand is irrelevant as it is an uncommon one and I haven't seen them sell a keyboard with a palm rest similar to this one. Answers will be highly appreciated.

That might be drainage holes I believe. Do you need the wrist rest to be attachable? I use non attachable wrist rest.
