Cheap $100 GTX 1070s

I was looking around on eBay for a used RX580 and decided to see if the higher tier cards had dropped in price (aka Vega 56 and 1070). Vega was still pretty expensive, but there was a couple, and by a couple I mean 7 that were at or under $100. As I am in the market for a graphics card would this be either a great deal or some sort of scam?

$230 seems like the average price for a used 1070, if it's $100 or less then it's a scam.

They are either from China (fake cards abound from there) or sellers with 1-3 feedback scores.

It's a scam..

Don't buy these people, they are going to be crap cards! If a deal is too good to be true, it probably isn't true

They're scams - either broken cards or re-named cards.
