I am getting ryzen 5 2600 and aorus b450 motherboard . so i want to know what b450 means can i get lower i will not get lower probaly but what it means thanks.

B450 is AMD's chipset for the Zen+ (Ryzen 2000) series. You could get a B350 or a X370 but those would require a BIOS update to support your second gen Ryzen chip.

Also if you get a b450, there is a chance in the future you could upgrade to a zen 2 chip. (It would need bios update obviously) but with an older board, there is less of a chance of it being supported.
