(URGENT) What Best Main or AUX TP-LINK Archer T6E , Bluetooth Calibration Help

I am wondering what is best Main or Aux for tp link archer t6e?

It is auto by default but whats best to use.

 

Plus should I Disable / Enable or set to Auto for Bluetooth Calibration

I have no bluetooth devices so disable?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
