msi z370 rgb and fan header problem

so i have this problem whit my motherboard 

i cannot change the color of my rgb lights on the motherboard whit flowing effect. they only work whit few effects and a single color 

and now i have noticed if i add fans to mb fan headers and use pulsing light effect the fans are going whit the lights slowing and speeding up again

What could be the problem or is  my mb broken
