that ram is suspicious. never heard of that brand. also, for ryzen, i would suggest ram that is faster (2933 and up). for a modern setup, you are going to need more ram (atleast 16gb).

i would rather get the 2600x because it has a much better stock cooler.

why windows 7? it is going to be EOL after jan 2020

Compatibility wise no, but quality or performance wise there’s a fair few problems

Ram is Ram. The brand doesn't really matter. Just make sure you buy a faster kit of 3000 - 3200.

I'd agree in general, however at the very low end one might be dealing with improperly handled and assembled low end components.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

They are a fairly new company from what I have read. They do state a lifetime warranty though on their website pretty much the same as any other brand.

if it a shady or new brand, they are unlikely to have reliable chips and probably dont have good timings/xmp support.

so yes, it does matter

Yeah because every new company is shady. Have you even looked at the website ? Looks perfectly fine to me. Also there are only a handful of semiconductor manufacturers so highly unlikely they will be using unreliable chips as you put it. From what I have read they use Hynix so nothing wrong there.
