Color Grading/Correction Requiremnents

Hello Everyone. I was wondering what would be the best monitor, laptop, or all in one desktop under 1000 USD for Video Editing in Da Vinci Resolve 16. For a Laptop, I'm looking for a laptop with 4 GB mid-range GPU, about 6 hours of battery life, and under 5 pounds. For an AiO, I'm at least looking for one with an HDMI input. Also, What is necessary for color grading? How important are the sRGB, AdobeRGB, and the Delta E rating scales?
