Water temp sensor in an aluminum loop?

My rig has the EK fluid series parts in it, so everything is aluminum. I'd like to get a water temp sensor so that I could keep an eye on those temps, but everything seems to be made out of other metal types. Anyone come across one that's safe with aluminum?

Not that i'm aware, the reason the ally loops are so cheap is because they're aimed at new builders on a budget, what you're doing is more advanced than what the kit was designed for the end user.

Try and find a temp sensor probe that is built into an acrylic plug, the temp probe itself should be enclosed in some form of epoxy so no metal should interact.
