I7700k high temps with OC Help

Hi guys I’m new to pc  so please be patient and bare with me. 

 

I have a i7700k cpu and h100i Corsair Cpu cooler.

 

I have OC my cpu and these were my results 

 

5ghz 1.35v

91 degrees

70 with 10-15 percent load

 

 

 

4.8ghz 1.30v

87 degrees

65 idle 

 

At this point I think I may have to re thermal my cpu and fitter the AIO? What would you guys suggest as these are poor results.

 

the max temps were on prime95 max stress test.

Sounds like either bad thermal paste application or bad mounting pressure. Idle you should be in the low to mid 30s usually so sitting at 65c idle indicates a problem with the mounting or paste application.

Okay  thanks and that’s at 5ghz overclock ? Also is 1.35v okay?
