So, there's a shop in my city that sells brand new and used hardware. He sells used MSI GTX 1060s 6GB for the same price as a brand new GTX 1050ti. He said these cards were used for a few months and weren't used for mining, they were mainly used for gaming, photo, and video editing and "AutoCAD?" However, he can only give a 1-month warranty.

 

Should I take the deal or should I buy brand new ones like the GTX 1050ti instead?

Do you wanna just game? the GTX 1060 6gb is way better than a GTX 1050 Ti to the point I would still take chances with used if you can't raise up your budget.

Sadly green teams pricing overall means the cheapest good deal is the 1660 and maybe the soon released 1650.

Does the 16 series support ray tracing? I don't really need ray tracing, just curious.

I do video and photo editing from time to time but yeah mostly gaming.

Technically 10 series (1060 6g and above) 16 series and 20 series all support RTX raytracing in games, but as far as performance goes you need at least the 2060 to use it in games.

No. It's just too suspicious. Especially when he has 1060s in bulk for sale which means it's either for mining or for gaming cafe and stuff. The latter wont use Autocad though, so it's much more likely to be mining cards
