I recently just upgraded my case, cpu cooler and motherboard and case fans. I bought asiahorse seiii fans and they only connect to the hub and power. Since I'm also using them on my Kraken x72 nothing is technically connected for a cpu cooler I get a cpu fan error everytime I boot. How can I fix this?

You should have an option in your BIOS to ignore this warning. Generally its found in the fan configuration sections.
