No display no beeps

Ok so I got a Hp Probook 4440s (i know it's old) but the thing is that it is basically brand new it has only been turn on like 10 times in like a couple of years so anyways back to the problem when I press the power button it turns on the power LED and caps lock led stars blinking and the CPU fan starts to ramp up to Max and doesn't display video and doesn't beep so idk what wrong with it, I really want to fix this cause' I need it to do basic programming, help :(

 

(I already used the ram in another pc and it works if this helps troubleshooting easy for you)
