Will Caselabs flex bay bits fit regular 5.25 mounts?

I know caselabs went under late last year but they did have some great ideas.

 

One of which was their flex bay system and I was wondering if this would bolt straight up to a Coolermaster Stryker, im guessing i'll need 9 bays for a 360mm?

Can I repost this in watercooling too, without getting tombstoned?
