Games not working

Please someone Save me this is urgent my PC freezes and I get a solid colour on my display, I only get this issue when I boot a demanding game Eg ' MHW' 'Overwatch' - Ive underclocked / updated drivers * Disclaimer * I'm not the best Tech person in the world :/

A full hardware description is required. State brand and model of every component you have installed, as well as Operating system version.
