Help keyboard mouse and monitor not turning on

I went to go start up a game on steam (rainbow 6 siege) which i had been playing the night previous and now my pc will turn on, fans, gpu all that working but no signal to the monitor and only the keyboard and mouse are not working. I have a microphone and that seems to be working fine. Any ideas what the issue could be.

Did you try a restart? and are you able to use the Mouse and keyboard in the Bios?

Can't get into bios monitor isn't working either
