Wine packages broken

When I try to install wine, it always gives me the following message:

 

E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

 

 

 

Is there some way to fix it?

I ran:

  

sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 

wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key

sudo apt-key add winehq.key

sudo apt-add-repository 'deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/ cosmic main' 

sudo apt update

sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable
