Speccy vs MSI afterburner displays very different temps

While trying to troubleshoot some issues with my new PC, I noticed 2 things were off - Speccy believes I have 1333MHz RAM while Windows knows I have 2666MHz (minor)

But Speccy was displaying my CPU temp as 73c (idle) while MSI was 24c, I'm assuming the MSI report is more accurate but why is this happening?

I've had issues with speccy not working correctly with ryzen processors. It was showing 80+ while idle even though I had an aio. Don't know whats up with it

CPU- Ryzen 9 3900x
CPU Cooler- Artic Liquid Freezer 2 240mm
GPU-  EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC ULTRA
RAM- CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB 3200Mhz 
PSU- Cooler Master MasterWatt 650 Watt
HDD- WD Blue 4TB
SSD- SanDisk Ultra II 500GB SATA III
Case- Custom Made Desk
Motherboard- ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming

Microphone- Blue Snowball Ice
Headphones- Razer Nari Ultimate
Webcam- Logitech c270
Monitors- MSI Optix MAG24C and Acer KA240HQ Abid
Mouse- Corsair Nightsword RGB
Keyboard- Corsair K95 RGB Platinum MX Speed

Download latest HWINFO and check if it similar to either one of these.
