Can i split the fan header in the ps4?

Im wondering if i can split the fan header on a ps4 (see the attached image). I wish to use a extra fan, since im going to use a cpu-cooler on the original heatsink.

- Edit
The ps4 fan input is indeed a 12V dc

You could splice it yes but it'd be important to know that the fan currently there runs on 12V DC. If it runs on a higher voltage you'll have to adapt it down before plugging a computer fan into it.
