I think any asetek cooler would work like a corsair H40. I believe off the top of my head. :)

I got the nzxt Kraken x42 and am cooling a 1080ti evga sc2. Loving it because my computer runs a lot quieter. Max temps are around 55c under load. I don't know what GPU you are cooling but whatever AIO you use to make sure it is circular and is compatible. It would be really hard to jerry-rig it I think.

If you have the room in your case, the Fractal Design Celsius S24 is on sale for £89.99 at Scan. It will fit your cooler, and it will provide better performance than the H80i v2. Warranty is also 5 years.

If not, the H80i v2 from Corsair also has a 5 year warranty and it is a good performer.

Both will fit right?

The h80i v2 doesn't look really circular

Not all Asetek-based blocks are perfectly circular, however the copper coldplates are.

Just in case you have doubts, https://www.asetek.com/gaming/diy-partners/corsair/. The H80i v2 is listed on Asetek's own site. While NZXT's compatibility list singles out select coolers, the bracket is compatible with pretty much all Asetek based coolers.

Should I change the nzxt kraken g 12 fan ?

It should be okay, I guess?

If you are in doubt, I believe you would be able to fit small heatsinks on VRMs and VRAM that would help with cooling them.

I was going to do so anyways. So no point really changing the fan

Oh if they will fit would the Corsair Hydro 100i RGB Platinum, fit too as it looks similar

The H100i RGB Platinum is a CoolIT design, not an Asetek design. Despite the blocks looking similar, the mounting hardware is very different and it will not work with the G12.

The stock fan will do fine without an issue. I've been running mine for the last year and a half without any issues.
