Possible dead mobo

chosen

So... Earlier today I was connecting just fine to my router via Ethernet. And I took a break came back and I can't connect... I've restarted my PC and my router I cleared CMOS I've tried everything. My parts are:

R5 1600

ASUS prime B350 plus

Corsair vengeance DDR4 16GB rgb

1TB Silicon Power sad.

I could use a lot of help...

I did notice my ram sticks aren't lighting up so I'm thinking defective mobo

Does all your memory show up in BIOS/Windows?
Did you try a different Ethernet Cable?

My ram does show up and I have tried a new Ethernet cable... The lighting on the ram doesn't work and the Ethernet port doesn't work ...

I actually fixed it... Apparently my internet got set to a metered connection that restricted everything for internet... And as far as my ram not lighting up, my ICUE app hadn't fully loaded in yet lol
