My cpu running hot now that I've put everthing in a new case

I moved everthing into a new case today for better air flow. I didnt take off the aio off the gpu just because I didnt have thermal compound just pointing that out. My aio use to sit in the front in my old case now it seats at the top of the new case. When I start it up it runs at 100c solid. Why could this be that my cpu is running at 100. I just shut it off right away. 1st pic old build 2nd pic new build. Could it be where I moved the motherbaord and aio together that maybe effected the thermal paist. Also the aio was a little loose so I tightened it to finger strength nothing overboard tho. Everthing is running pump fan luiquid everthing. As it should except the hot temp. I would take the aio off just to check the thermal paste isnt all crusted up, also the fact that the aio was moved above the socket probably doesnt help with getting the hot liquid up to the radiator

Main speaker setup is now;

 

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

 

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)

loosen the cooler, then tighten again, to check if mounting pressure is still good.

Check to see that your pump is plugged in and/or operating.

Barring that, try a paste replacement.

That's the job of the pump, not gravity. Radiator orientation generally has minuscule impact on thermal performance so long as the pump is functioning.

Yeah it wasnt really as factual as it shouldve been.. but seen as the OP moved the rad then it mightve caused an issue.. idk..

If the fans are spinning, then make sure the PUMP is working / plugged in.

My guess would be air caught in block/pump. I would just lay the case on its side while its off, motherboard side down, and then turn it on.
