What do you guys think of Paint.net?

I know paint.net isn't perfect, but I was wondering what people thought of it compared to other software like Krita and PS.

I know the lack of tablet support in Paint.net is a huge turn off to some

I tend to use Paint Shop Pro or if something free i use Irfanview.

I use GIMP for most editing, but for quick edits I'll launch paint.net

Personally I prefer a more powerful tool than Paint.NET, especially one with tablet support. So depending on what I am doing I will basically always rather open up Krita (my go to for drawing) or Gimp (who would have thought I use that!?). Inkscape is also a program I will use a ton for different type of edits.

Jokes aside, paint.net is pretty good. Tablet support isn't an issue for me.

With some plugins you can make it do a lot of cool shit which is nice
