So looks at around double the Performance with Ryzen.

And also the higher frequency.

 

Keep in mind that Ryzen is very efficient up to 3GHz or so.

So the frequency might be double the Original PS4 Chip as well (1,6GHz -> 3,2GHz), maybe even 4GHz.

No, that's still up to the developers.
What they do is what counts. And some of them are just full of shit and/or lazy to optimize shit.
