Swapped out for a better ASRock Z390 board, do justice to your 9600K don't pair it with a bargain board.

Swapped out for the normal non-RGB Corsair RAM (still white so fits your theme)

Better SSD & HDD

Casing is subjective, but in keeping with the white theme I picked the cheaper CM Storm Scout, you can go with what you want here

Corsair CXM 550W PSU, better 105C-rated capacitors

And we have the BitFenix fans that move more air and are quieter.

I'd upgrade the PSU to PP11 500W as it costs about the same, cooler to Freezer 34 eSports DUO and RAM to 3000 Mhz, as it costs the same. Focus G is another good option for white case under budget

I would wait for the 1170 since you usually dont need raytracing
