That PSU is real expensive compared to the rest of the build, you could definitely spring for less wattage at least. That model is also overpriced, it's tier C on our forum's tier list (click my PSU in my signature below to learn more) so maybe get a Corsair CX or something instead.

you could get better performance with a slightly lower end motherboard and a cheaper ( but not cheap ) PSU and put the money to a better graphics card ( rx 580 or something similar )

I'd suggest a better performing cpu for Photoshop.The 2700X includes an Aura Sync compatible RGB cooler.

 

Ryzen cpu do better with faster memory.

 

A more powerful gpu will improve gaming and Photoshop accelerations. If you have more budget a more powerful gpu would be better. Something around a Vega 54 or GTX 1060 seems to be the sweet spot.

 

I believe that a less expensive case with Aura Sync compatible RGB is a better fit.

 

As others have noted, there is no need for a 650W psu.
