Well yeah, of course that thing is better than a crazy cheap psu, but the price of your psu still seems crazy cheap. But that psu can be fine too.

Is your cinebench R15 score between 1300-1400 points?

That psu may cause all the issues you are having, but im not to sure.

it's a cwt unit that's comparable to the old (orange) vs series from corsair, so i would recommend swapping it, even if it isn't the primary problem here
